On April 29, the Board of Directors of Ratti S.p.A. Società Benefit appointed Rossella Ceruti as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, granting her the related executive powers and appointing her as a member of the Executive Committee.
A manager with more than twenty-five years of experience in the luxury and fashion industry, Rossella Ceruti has built her professional career in international industrial and creative environments, developing strong expertise in operations and industrial management, as well as in strategy and business development.
Throughout her career, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Pomellato, overseeing the global operations of the Pomellato and DoDo brands and contributing to the strengthening of the industrial organization and the evolution of operational processes supporting the brands’ international growth. She also served as Chief Executive Officer of Valenza Setting Lab. Previously, she held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Dsquared2, supporting the brand’s international expansion and leading the transformation of its production, retail, and digital processes. She has also gained managerial and consulting experience at companies including Dolce & Gabbana, Cerruti, Ballantyne Cashmere, and A.T. Kearney.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and completed Executive Education programs at leading international institutions, including Columbia Business School, with a focus on organizational leadership and strategic transformation.
