Ratti presents Casa Ratti during Proposte 2026.

On the occasion of Proposte, the international event dedicated to furnishing textiles taking place from 5 to 7 May at Villa Erba (Cernobbio), Ratti launches CASA RATTI: a scenographic installation conceived in collaboration with the Brazilian architecture studio Arthur Casas as an immersive experience where materiality and design vision come together.

CASA RATTI is a convivial, sensory space designed to welcome clients and professionals and to present the new upholstery fabric collections within a tangible, lived-in dimension. Its inspiration comes from the landscape of Lake Como: shades of blue, textured surfaces and carefully balanced light create an essential and harmonious language, in dialogue with the local environment. A replicable and adaptable concept that translates product into experience, enhancing its design potential.

Crossing the threshold of CASA RATTI, visitors enter an environment where textiles create visual, chromatic and material continuity, integrating with furnishings and architecture in an immersive narrative.

At its centre, Ratti fabrics are interpreted through five original patterns “Selected by Arthur Casas”: vertical stripes that generate depth and rhythm, a contemporary tartan with a freer, more painterly grid, a fluid motif inspired by the Japanese wave, a brushed stripe that highlights materiality, and a large ombré panel which, applied to the walls, creates an atmospheric dimension blending land and water. Signs and surfaces in multiple shades of blue transform textiles into interior design elements.

CASA RATTI expresses Ratti’s vision of living through a system of outstanding collaborations. Living Divani upholstered pieces interpret fabric in a design-driven way, becoming living surfaces and narrative tools; Etel seating introduces a Brazilian artisanal sensibility reinterpreted in a contemporary key; artistic interventions by Fernando Garbellotto add another layer of interpretation, creating a dialogue between art, weave and material, in continuity with the historic patronage tradition of founder Antonio Ratti. The Carbone Pet Products project transforms fabric into a design element for the pet world: iconic shapes and coordinated accessories create a system that is consistent with interior décor. The result is a high-end lifestyle capsule that extends the narrative potential of Ratti fabrics into new living contexts

Within this narrative, Ratti also unveils the new Home&Interiors 2025 collection, where textile heritage and contemporary design come together through the company’s signature techniques: printing and jacquard.

Printing, a hallmark of Ratti’s savoir-faire, develops through rich colours and decorative motifs, including florals, paisley, toile de Jouy, ceramic-inspired patterns, and ramage designs. Refined chiné effects add a soft, painterly touch to natural linen and cotton bases.

Jacquard fabrics explore texture and tridimensionality through structured surfaces for indoor and outdoor upholstery, combining nature-inspired macro patterns with clean, contemporary geometries. For curtains and hospitality interiors, the collection introduces lightweight transparencies, refined linens, and high-performance flame-retardant fabrics.

The collection is completed by a selection of plaids and textile accessories inspired by the landscape of Lake Como, where wool, silk, and cotton are enriched with fluid tones and graphic details recalling the movement of water.
