For the Autumn/Winter 2026 season, Sealup and Ratti— two protagonists of Italian excellence—announce a collaboration that brings together material research, responsible innovation, and manufacturing savoir-faire.
From the meeting of the two brands comes a dedicated capsule collection that explores the technical and aesthetic applications of Phoria wadding—a circular project developed by Ratti—in Sealup’s contemporary high-end outerwear.
Phoria is an innovative insulation made from the recovery of printed silk waste generated during Ratti’s production processes. Through a transformation process, the material is converted into a lightweight, warm, and highly high-performance wadding, capable of combining comfort, technical quality, and elegance.
Sealup has chosen to use Phoria in a selection of outerwear pieces as an expression of a concrete approach to sustainability, based on conscious material choices and collaboration with industrial partners of excellence. Enhancing this synergy, a dedicated co-label accompanies the capsule garments, transparently communicating the origin and value of the material used.
The use of Phoria wadding represents a tangible example of circular economy applied to menswear, where innovation stems from the ability to give new life to precious materials and reinterpret them in a contemporary way.
With this capsule, Sealup reaffirms its commitment to developing collections that integrate aesthetics, performance, and industrial substance, while Ratti confirms the central role of material research as a driving force for the sustainable development of the high-end segment.
