In December 2025, Ratti awarded seven scholarships to the children of permanent employees with at least 12 months of seniority who were actively employed at the time of the award.
This long-standing initiative targets students enrolled in upper secondary education programs aligned with the Company’s technical and professional fields, including Fashion and Textile Industry, Mechanical and Mechatronics, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Telecommunications, Chemistry and Biotechnology, and Construction, Environment and Territory.
Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, with the aim of recognizing students’ dedication, consistency, and achievements.
