
Innovation in health and safety training with training breaks
In 2024, Ratti launched an innovative pilot project focused on occupational health and safety training called Training Breaks. This programme introduces a new training approach aimed at raising awareness and educating employees about work-related risks, with a particular emphasis on the dangers associated with the use of chemicals in textile printing production. Through active collaboration with the internal trade union and workers’ safety representatives, a shared project was developed to enhance risk perception among all safety stakeholders, including workers, supervisors, and managers. The initiative stands out for its practical and engaging approach, with training sessions held directly at workstations. These sessions integrate theoretical and practical elements, ensuring that they are easily understandable and accessible to all participants.
