Welfare

Ratti undertakes to promote a work-life balance by offering a series of services dedicated to the well-being of employees at all Group offices: Italy and Tunisia.

In Italy, the company actively participates in the Healthy Work program, providing support to staff who are carers of young children, relatives with disabilities or elderly people over 65. It also offers services for the physical and mental well-being of employees, such as physiotherapy, yoga sessions and counselling. Postal and laundry services are also available, as well as a farmers’ market for the sale of local fruit and vegetables. With a view to promoting sustainability, Ratti encourages employees to car pool and has installed free charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles.

In Tunisia, in keeping with the Benefit Company model, the company has included non-profit objectives in its articles of association, undertaking to operate responsibly towards staff, the local community and the environment. Medical screening, religious holiday bonuses, free transport services and family schooling incentives are made available.

Social commitment

Ratti constantly strives to foster a strong bond with the community by enhancing local expertise and engaging in collaborative projects.

The utmost attention is devoted to relations with the institutions, associations and individual stakeholders involved in these various projects.
