Chapter 1 | Ratti, a sustainable company
and manufacturing revolution, and the circular
economy are just some of the chapters in a recent
story that is still unfolding.
Over the years the Group’s harmonious growth
has led to Ratti SpA BC becoming a member of
associations, networks and organisms which are Ratti SpA BC’s shareholders
committed to promoting and developing the
textile industry. At 31 December 2022, Ratti SpA BC is owned jointly by Marzotto SpA
Ratti SpA BC is a member of Confindustria and Faber Five Srl. They each hold a 34.37% stake. Donatella Ratti (DNA 1929 Srl)

In addition it participates in the activities of the
European Technological Platform of Tessile

contributor to the ZDHC programme. In addition,
the company is a member of the BCI (Better
Cotton Initiative), an association consisting of 16.52%
producers, intermediaries and non-profit groups DNA 1929 SRL
to promote the cultivation of sustainable cotton
that respects the environment. Ratti SpA BC is a
member of the Fashion Pact, a coalition of global 34.37%
companies committed to climate and biodiversity FABER FIVE SRL
issues, as well as to safeguarding the oceans. It
is a founding member of Consorzio Retex Green,

The other companies in the Ratti Group are
not members of any national or international
associations.
